Exchange:14 days from delivery date in mint condition with no visible wear. The buyer must pay for the return if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and the exchange is not due to our fault.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE:This warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it does not include:
- Accident damage
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Degradation of colors and materials through exposure to sunlight
Returns / exchanges of products in contact with water are not accepted.

If you believe that the product you have purchased does not meet the original requirements, you have the option to request a refund.
You can get a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with your order: You bought your products in the last 10 days and would like to return them. We will process the refund ASAP once we have received the items from you.
- The product you purchased is completely inoperable.
- You did not receive your product in 60 business days or 90 business days (South America).
* The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodies, lingerie & nightwear, as well as our sports bras.
* The items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
* Refunds will usually be made within 3-5 working days after your return has been delivered. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been made.
* The customer will be charged at most once for the shipping costs (this also includes the return); The consumer will not be charged for the return of the product.
